For class cancellation/withdrawals, payments are 100% refundable 7 days or more prior to class start date; 67% refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the class start date but still prior to the class start date by email only. 100% refunded if I cancel. No refunds are due after password is given. Students and entities paying for the class are responsible for assuring the class is completed according to class description guidelines here. CNA training is reimbursable by law.
